Mentoring
Entering a specialist training programme in the specialty you wish to work in for the rest of your career is an incredibly exciting time. However, you may be unsure where to go for help and support when you need it (as we all do) especially if your concerns are not necessarily client related.

I offer mentoring to trainee psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors as I know how stressful it can be when you are training. You might need a space to speak to someone about various issues beyond your client work. I can tailor mentoring to meet your individual needs including discussing wider placement issues, course assignments, and preparing to transition from trainee to qualified practitioner.

Supervision
Clinical supervision is a formal process of reflection, learning, and professional support that advance individual development. Reflecting on your overall practice, ensuring the ethical and safe pratice of your clinical work, and augementing your professional development, we will work collaboratively for collective learning and growth.

I am passionate about supervising trainee psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors as well as qualified practitioners. Having good supervision with someone that is supportive and understanding will help you develop your competence and confidence thus benefitting those you support.
