Psychological Therapy for Emotional Health

It is now more imporant than ever to look after our mental wellbeing.  Anxiety, low mood, stress, loss, and trauma can leave us needing to seek support from others.

I believe every individual has the ability to find their inner strength to cope with life's challenges, even within the most difficult circumstances. It is with this capacity that we can change, grow, and thrive.

I provide a variety of evidence based psychological services including psychological interventions and counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as others, to empower individuals as they move forward in their lives.
